Located in a beautiful setting, the Haven Suite offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling tourist hub of Queenstown. It is relatively close to supermarkets and a short 10-minute ride into town on the bus. The suite itself is spacious and well-decorated, with excellent bathroom facilities. The friendly hosts, Warren and Sue, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing helpful tips and information about the area. Guests can also enjoy the company of their lovely pets. the Haven Suite offers a luxurious and welcoming experience.

Had great experience for 3 nights.
Truly enjoyed electric blankets provided in advance. Our bathroom had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and towels. It was located in a nice area very close to arrowtown and the many restaurants and bustle of Queenstown, Amiable staff and owner.

Mind-blowingly comfortable bed and a spacious room that felt like a better version of home. The host, Warren, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great tips for local attractions. The area was peaceful and modern, and the library was a dream come true. With all the amenities and a fantastic host, I won't need to search for accommodations elsewhere next time I'm in town.

I had an amazing stay at Haven Suite Luxury 5 Star! Warren, the host, was incredibly attentive and made sure every little detail was perfect. the location, nestled between mountains and with easy access to the motorway, provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the room was spacious and filled with thoughtful touches, including a vast collection of self-help books. I also enjoyed the friendly visits from Maddie, the house dog. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service and a great location, I highly recommend this place!

Sue and Warren were amazing hosts, treating us like old friends instead of guests. The room was perfect, with beautiful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed. We had the best night's sleep in ages! The hotel was located in a quiet and relaxing area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, the library was a great surprise with so many interesting books to read.
The cooking and washing up facilities in the room were quite limited, with only a microwave available. We had to wash cups in the bathroom hand basin and refill the water jug there as well.

The library at the hotel was a hidden gem. I felt like Belle from Beauty and the Beast, engrossed in a world of enchanting stories. It was a magical escape from reality where time seemed to stand still.

Who needs entertainment in a luxury hotel? I had to rely on the beautiful scenery instead.
